Terms of use.

01
Accepting these terms
By using this website or submitting an application through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. These terms may be updated as the institute takes shape; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
02
An institute in formation
WIATech is being built. Where this site describes programmes, faculty, facilities, dates, or figures, we mark what is drafted, planned, or aspirational as such. Nothing on this site is an offer of admission, employment, or a guarantee of any outcome, and details may change as plans firm up. Admission is only ever confirmed by a written decision issued directly to an applicant.
03
Using this website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the application portal, or any account;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or personal data;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or
- use the site to infringe the rights of others or to distribute malicious code.
04
Applications & admissions
If you apply, you are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of everything you submit. One application per applicant per cohort. Assessments and interviews, where they apply, must be your own work. We may decline, withdraw, or revoke an application or offer obtained through misrepresentation, plagiarism, or a breach of our Code of Conduct.
05
Fees & payments
A registration fee is payable when you submit an application. It is non-refundable and is separate from tuition. Tuition, deposits, and instalment terms are those published on the Tuition & payment page at the time of enrolment. All amounts are in New Leones (NLe) unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by third-party providers; their terms apply to the payment itself.
06
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, design, the WIATech name and marks, curriculum descriptions, and graphics — belongs to WIATech or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission. Work you submit in an application remains yours; you grant us permission to store and review it for admissions purposes.
07
Third-party links & services
The site links to, and relies on, third-party services (for example email, payments, hosting, and analytics). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
08
Availability & disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
09
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WIATech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
